Corporate Visions is appointed by the Singapore Sports Council to market Food & Beverages, as well as Retail & Recreation space of 21 sports complexes island-wide.

We are the appointed marketing agent by CPF Board for 5 CPF buildings island-wide. The commercial buildings are located at Robinson Road, Jurong East Central, Bishan Central, Woodlands Regional Central and Tampines Central.

Sentosa Development Corporation

Corporate Visions is selected as the marketing agency for Food & Beverage and Retail space at Sentosa Island, Singapore’s premier island resort. Sentosa Island is one of Singapore’s famous tourist attractions.

Soilbuild Group Holding Limited

Corporate Visions is appointed as marketing agent for Goodvine Building at Tampines by Soilbuild Group. It is a 10-storey light industrial building with extension to the main building, located on the Zone Business 2 site.

Our Management

Adrian Koh

Adrian Koh is the Key Executive O�cer (KEO) of Corporate Visions. His main competence lies in Agency & Project Marketing of business space. Adrian is a Certified Investment Property Specialist and is CEHA - certified. He has accomplished an Advanced Diploma in Chemical Process from Singapore Polytechnic. Prior to Corporate Visions, he served as a Regional Marketing Manager in Goldschmidt South East Asia (a div. of Degussa GmbH), Kerry Group Ltd (China) & Sumitomo Seika Asia.

Aloyscious Lee

Aloyscious Lee is the Director of Property & Facility Management. He is a Civil &Structural (C&S) engineer, accredited Resident Engineer (RE), accredited ResidentTechnical O�cer (RTO), registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and CertifiedProperty & Facility Manager (CPFM). He has established track records in theconstruction industry – overseen multi-million dollars projects (eg. High-techindustrial buildings, government schools, mosque, data storage institute @ NUS,military buildings for DSTA & MINDEF, residential housing flats for HDB &newspaper printing plants for SPH) and property & facility management industry - managed more than 400,000sqft of residential, industrial & commercialproperties’ spaces at any one time.

Ronn Chee

Ronn Chee is one of the founding Directors of Corporate Visions. He contributed by solidifying the foundation of Corporate Visions and played an important role towards the growth of the company. Prior to joining Corporate Visions, he served as an accountant in media industries. With his financial background, Ronn facilitated the business relocation of several key accounts, thereby reducing their rental overheads & minimizing capital expenditure.

Leow Kok Wee

Leow Kok Wee is the Director for Investment Sales, Sales & Lease Back and Built-to-Suit projects. He graduated from National University of Singapore; BSc (Estate Management) (Hons). Prior to joining Corporate Visions, he has worked in various developers (Wing Tai & Capitaland), Real Estate Investment Trust Manager (former MI Reits & Cambridge Industrial Trust) with experience in both listed and private equity fund (Ascendas Land). With more than 15 years in the real estate industry, he has transacted more than $250mn worth of deals in investment sale and corporate leases.

Carol SohCarol Soh is the Senior Corporate Service Manager (Industrial) of Corporate Visions. Prior to joining Corporate Visions, she was in Sales & Leasing of Residential (HDB/Condo). Carol joined Corporate Visions in 2003 and her expertise lies in the Light Industrial Sector. Carol is involved in numerous company projects, such as Carl Zeiss and Bioskin Investment. Coupled with her rich experience in administration, she has contributed tremendously to the management decision-making in terms of company administrative operations and human resources.

Lili HoLili Ho is the Corporate Service Manager (Industrial) of Corporate Visions, specializing in Sales & Lease of industrial properties, specifically 'landed' factories and warehouses on JTC and URA land. She has more than 10 years of real estate experience in rental of industrial TOL open yard. Lili’s valued clientele include Keppel Logistics and LHN Group.

Kelvin TeoKelvin Teo is the Corporate Service Manager (O�ce) of Corporate Visions. Hespecializes in o�ce relocation, expansion, lease renewal and consultancy work. Hisexpertise in this industry and powerful database knowledge had assisted many o�cetenants in relocation and expansion in a timely and cost-e�cient manner. Jeannie KoeJeannie Koe is Senior Corporate Service Manager (Retail) of Corporate Visions. With more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience, her knowledge and understanding of clients’ requirements has gained many clients’ confidence. Her strength is in building rapport and strengthening relationships with them by engaging her services for more than one outlet. Jacqueline YeoJacqueline Yeo is the Senior Corporate Service Manager (Retail) of Corporate Visions, specializing in space leasing. With more than 10 years of business management experience, her expertise and network have enabled her to gain a strong foothold in understanding and fulfilling retailer’s needs in a timely manner.
