Cortijo Alameda

Cortijo Alameda is located just a few kilometres away from Fuetevaqueros, the birth place of the world-famous poet Federico García Lorca. The estate is 5 minutes-drive from the local airport and approximately 15 minutes-drive from the city of Granada in Andalusia, Southern Spain.

Cortijo Alameda boasts more than 10.000 m2 distributed between the gardens and outdoor terraces and the main building. The complex was designed and built to hold all kinds of products’ presentation or any other occasion that may benefit from its unique and peculiar spaces.

Inside the main buildling, 5 public rooms make up Cortijo Alameda. 5 halls that can serve different purposes and are decorated in different styles. Each room has a strong sense of place, which allows the visitor to travel in time and space when moving from one to the next.

Located in the buzzling city centre of Granada. Its superb food and friendly personnel, perfectly complemented with a contemporary style and minimal decoration, make this hidden gem a highlight of Granada’s rich eateries scene.

Built for Luis Fernández de Córdova, a local aristocrat, between 1530 and 1592 at the site of an old convent. This Renaissance gem enjoys stunning and unusual views of the Alhambra, which makes it a very popular venue among locals for the celebration of events. Exquisitely restored both internally and externally, it features magnificent gardens and grand rooms like the Salón de Embajadores or Hall of the Ambassadors.

One of Granada’s public Carmenes or Palaces. Located at the entry of the Quinta Alegre district, it was built in the early XX century featuring outstanding outdoor spaces, including terraces, gardens, water features, ajibes (water cisterns) and orchards which are perfect for any outdoor celebration. It also has indoor halls for like the Sala del Cortinero or the Exhibition Hall.

The name derives from the false myth that during Granada’s Nasri dinasty (1258 to 1492), Christian prisoners were tortured in this location. This Carmen enjoys a privileged location at the hillside of the Alhambra with splendid vistas towards the city and beyond. The beautiful gardens of this XVIII century palace truly are a sight to behold, which are matched with their stunning neoclassical interiors. A local favourite alongside the Palacio of the Córdova for celebrations and events of all kinds.

Back to back event organized from 25th September to 09th October. OPEL presents to their dealers from all over Europe, the new OPEL ASTRA. They chose Granada as welcome city where presents the new car to press and official OPEL dealers.

Cortijo Alameda organized the farewell lunch to all those dealers. A high end buffet lunch was organized every day for the team of Alameda. Every day, from 12.00 to 15.00 hrs, the venue was exclusively adapted for their needs.

Comments in the event organization were really captivate.
