Was formed in 2009 as a travel digital media company where we work hand in hand with the tourism and travel businesses around Malaysia and Southeast Asia. The company is run by David Hogan Jr. and Janice Wong where each of the partners has their own specialties in the field of onlin e and digital media with preference to travel journalism.

Over the years, we have made an impact in the digital world of tourism and travel where mainstream media has dipped quite a lot. Times are changing and many tourism and travel companies now see the huge potential and possibilities of digital marketing, online branding and advertising.

Our TeamDavid Hogan Jr. is a qualified Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) professional having studied this field since 2008. He is also a semi-professional photographer and videographer coming from a previous 15 years career of TV and video production in Malaysia. Since early 2000, he has taken on digital travel journalism as a new path in his career while engaging in social media studies. Now he is an acclaimed Travel Social Media Influencer as he works with various local and international tourism boards, airline, hotels and related brands around the region. David is also a professional speaker for travel and tourism related events in Malaysia. Currently, David also freelances for CNN Travel.

Malaysia Asia is also a Multiple Award Winning platform with awards from Tourism Malaysia, Sabah Tourism Board, Sarawak Tourism Boards and many others.

Janice Wong has over 10 years commercial experience with the travel industry in Malaysia and Thailand specialising in sales and marketing and she is no stranger to local and international clients needs. She now manages Malaysia Travel News as one of the editors there and also the marketing for MyAsia Services.

We strongly believe that the internet is now the main medium where almost everyone is getting information from here before and during their travels.
