    Bacon,Tomato,anchovies,White Crab meat,crawfishtails,red mullet and lettuce)Ingredients:

    A handful of Handpicked Cornish Crab meat

    A few Anchovies

    Some washed lettuce leaves

    Roughly diced bacon and chicken pieces

    A tomato cut into quarters

    Few Crawfish tails

    Spoonful of good mayonnaise or salad dressing

    A Tea Smoked Cornish red mullet

    Bread Croutons

    1. In a cold salad bowl, place some washed salad leaves.2. Place some crab meat in the centre of the bowl.3. Arrange the anchovies, chicken, bacon, crayfish tails and croutons, top witha slice of smoked red mullet.
