Write all main ideas/concepts on right side of page

Be sure to skip 1 line btwn. ideas & several lines btwn. topics

Mark ideas that go together

with an asterisk *

Key Points Pull out main ideas, topics, terms,

places, dates…from right column of your notes

Write these key points in left column, matching it with notes
