Meme Generator1. Give specific guidelines for

memes. Students should be promoting a SPECIFIC issue rather than “create one about anything that interests you.”

2. Be sure to inform students that generators CHANGE and that they may see something that you do NOT support.

3. Be sure to let your tech people know it’s happening so that they don’t assume the kids are doing something inappropriate.

4. Link the meme to a longer writing explaining the context of the humor they created with the meme.
