The mountain ranges of the Cordilleras in the Northern Luzon is the homeland of different ethnic groups which are culturally and linguistically related.

Composed of Abra, Kalinga, Apayao, Ifugao, Benguet, and a part of Isabela and Cagayan.
It has 13 tribes: Apayao/ Isneg, Applai, Bontoc, Gaddang, Kalinga, Kankanaey, Karao, Ibaloi, Ifugao, Iwak and Tinggunian.
