BOOK CHAPTERS
A professor would like to scan a chapter of a book (that is not an anthology) and upload the PDF file to Angel for her students.
JOURNAL ARTICLES
Instead of a book chapter, the professor would like to scan a few journal articles and upload them to Angel for her students to read.
IMAGES
A student downloads some images from a Google Images search and uploaded them to his blog as part of a course assignment. Under each image, he either cites the source website or the photographer, if known.
IMAGES
A professor would like to add images to his PowerPoint. He uses Google advanced image search and limited results to .gov. Then he added those images to his PPT and uploads them to Angel without citing because he believed that works from a U.S. government website are in the public domain.
MUSIC
A music professor would like her students to critique music clips. She uploads the mp3 files into Angel. Some of the clips were converted from a library CD, some were purchased by her through iTunes.
MUSIC
A professor would like to add interest to his PPT by adding some background music.
VIDEOS
A professor has been using the same library VHS for teaching for years and it is wearing out. He would like to convert the VHS into DVD so that he can show it in class.
How about digitizing the same VHS and posting it on Angel?
VIDEOS
A professor rented several films on DVD from Blockbuster. She wants to digitize just the beginning of each film and upload to Angel so that the students can compare and contract.
What about digitizing and putting an entire film on Angel?
What about an entire documentary?
