nutrition in its pure form. Making green smoothies is also a great delicious

way to get good intake of veggies.

It offers a quick and easy way to increase the amount of healthy food you

consume on a daily basis. At the same time recipes can be modified to

address a specific concern like weight loss, or simply boost your intake of

vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

1 apple, preferably green apple

100gm Chinese Cabbage with stem removed

Half Lemon

These ingredients together will help in easing constipation and accelerate

body detoxing process.

You can add honey or fine sea salt for better taste.

Ingredients:

1 piece banana

100 gm bitter gourd

1 apple (with core removed)

100ml distilled water (to add while blending the ingredients)

This is a natural remedy in lowering bad cholesterol, with high dietary fiber

and vitamin C. It works best when tried at least once a week.

Ingredients:

2 pieces of a mango, peeled and sliced

Half a lemon, seeds removed with skin on

Honey dissolved in warm water, amount depending on personal

preference, cool before adding into juice

Mango is rich in dietary fiber while lemon is efficient in cleansing the body

system. When combined it helps to body to flush out toxins faster.

Ingredients:

1 piece of apple, cut into slices with core removed.

100gm cucumber, cut into slices

Half a lemon

A pinch of fine sea salt, dissolved in warm water, to cool before

adding into juice

This recipe is diuretic, has body cooling effects, and helps with bowel

movements.

Ingredients:

100gm grapes

60gm celery, stems only cut into sections

Half a piece of pineapple, skinned, and cut into slices

Toxic elements build up on the intestine wall accumulatively over the years,

and this can make you feel unwell. Celery has coarse dietary fiber that can

help to remove the stick toxins when flushed through the intestine. The

combination of pineapple and lemon acts as effective cleansing ingredients

for natural body detox.

Ingredients:

50gm pineapple

Some rock sugar, dissolved in warm water

A pinch of fine sea salt, dissolved in warm water

Pineapple is effective in fat burning and body slimming. Pineapple juice can

be acidic to the stomach when drank alone daily. Adding rock sugar and a

little salt could help neutralize the juice.

50gm Asparagus, cooked in boiling water for 5 minutes

10gm coriander, chopped into sections

15gm onion, cut into slices

2 tablespoons red raw sugar, dissolved in warm water

This vegetable juice is an extreme fat burner, it alkalizes your body, is rich in

300gm white cabbage

1 piece orange

Half a lemon

Our digestive system runs all the time and is the next busiest function part

after the heart organ. This juice will help to build a better digestive system

and give it a good cleanse.

Ingredients:

500gm pomelo, flesh scooped out and cut into slices

A pinch of fine sea salt, dissolved in warm water

Pomelo is rich in vitamin C, bioflavonoid, dietary fiber and is delicious. This

sweet and sour juice will help to take away your fatigue.

Ingredients:

2 pieces banana, peeled and cut into sections

150gm rock melon, peeled with seeds removed and cut into cubes

200ml skim milk

Drinking this milk shake can help to moderate your blood pressure.

100gm pumpkin, peeled and steamed before blending

Half piece orange, peeled and cut

200ml full cream milk, blended with the fruits

Liver is one of the most important organs in our body, and serves as a

filtering system. This milk shake can helps heal liver damage.

Ingredients:

150gm lotus, cleaned and cut into slices

1 apple, peeled and cut into slices

Half a lemon, skinned with seeds removed and cut into thin slices

Inflammation and swelling of throat can be common if fried or bbq foods

are over-consumed.

Ingredient:

1 whole dragon fruit, peeled and cut into cubes for blending

Dragon fruit is very rich in iron, prevents anemia and helps in blood cell

reproduction. This super fruit helps to detox heavy metal particles and the

anthocyanin helps with anti-aging.

1 tablespoon wheat germ, to be added into juice blend later

Half a lemon, seeds removed and cut into slices
