11)12) The fees structure shall take effect from November 2009 Intake. The information stated in this schedule is correct at the time of printing as of 16 NOVEMBER 2010 and is subject to change without prior notice.

Initial payment of RM12,000 (Foundation/Diploma/IEP Programmes) or RM15,000 (Bachelor Programmes) is to be paid BEFORE or IMMEDIATE upon arrival to enable KLIUC to proceed with the application of STUDENT VISA. This payment is to off setthe fees payable upon registration. The balance of such payment can be used to pay for the subsequent Sem/S Sem fees payable. The balance of this initial payment, if any, shall be returned to students upon completion of the course or when he or sheleaves the Institution.

Payments shall be made by EITHER of the following :-

Telegraphic transfer made payable to IKRAM EDUCATION SDN BHD (CIMB Bank Berhad, No. 1 Persiaran Sinar Pagi, Country Heights, 43000 Kajang, Selangor Darul Ensan, Malaysia. Account No: 1232 - 0003163 - 057. Swift Code :CIBBMYKL). Please fax to + 603 - 8925 9846 or Email to [email protected] after remittance of fees, stating student's name, passport number, courses undertaken and Semester/Short Semester (Jan/March/June/Nov). Please also include bank

commission and charges before arrival of students in Malaysia.The total Sem / S Sem fees are due upon registration. These fees are not refundable.

60% of the Tuition Fee is refundable by submitting the "Withdrawal Form" within fourteen (14) days from the 1st day of Registration for each intake. 80% of the Tuition Fee will be refunded if the student withdraws before the 1st day of Registration. In bothcases, the withdrawal must be approved by the Management.

Caution Fee is refundable when the student leaves KLIUC subject to no other fees to be payable to KLIUC. KLIUC reserves the right to recover any outstanding amount owing by the student and utilise the Caution Fee for partial or full settlement of anyoutstanding amount.
