(5) CONTINUOUS CASTING MACHINE

With our expertise in this field, we are able to offer brand new CCM with 1-8 strand,

radius 3-12m, and billet size 80x80-300x300. In addition, we also can do all size

rehabilitation of old CCM project including the existing billet, round and rectangle billet

rehabilitated each other and small slab rehabilitated into billet and rectangle billet.

(7) MOULD POWDER A mold powder is defined as a powder or granular material added to

the top of molten steel in the continuous casting mold, which partially

melts forming a liquid layer next to the molten steel.

Engineering and fabricating non-standard gearbox for continuous casting

(10) COMPENSATOR

Used for absorbing the axial and lateral displacement of the combination and can balance the corrugated pipe pressure. Advantages are high temperature, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and wear resistance.

(11) FLEXIBLE METAL HOSE

Producing ss304 ss316 flexible hose with flange joints, cam lock

couplings, quick on/off valve coupling, union nuts connection, male and

female thread connection etc. Diameter is from DN10~DN400.
