Remove a l l packag ing, s t ickers , labe ls and tags. You must wash the product in warm, soapy wate r, r inse and dr y thorough ly. Th is i s essent ia l to c lean away any product ion res idues.

- Never leave the hand le o f your pan s t ick ing out over the edge o f the hob/s tovetop.

- Use a l id to prevent burns caused by sp lash ing.

- I t i s recommended to use oven g loves when ho ld ing

s ide hand les and knobs as we l l as when remov ing pans f rom the heat .

- Exerc ise due care when cooking near ch i ldren, an imals and cer ta in handicapped people. Never put a hot pan on the f loor or near the edge of a k i tchen sur face. Let i t cool down and keep out of reach.

I f the wate r d rop fo rms a marb le tha t eas i l y ro l l s and moves a l l over the sur face o f the pan, then i t i s ready fo r the ingred ien ts . I f the wate r d rop sp lashes on to the pan sur face, then cont inue to heat your pan and do the tes t aga in .

The but te r tes t : rub a teaspoon o f bu t te r over the inner sur face o f the pan. When the but te r bubb les br isk l y ( i t shou ld not tu rn b rown) , i t i s ready fo r the ingred ien ts . I f the but te r tu rns b rown, the heat se t t ing is too h igh.

- In genera l overheat ing can cause the emiss ion of fumes f rom pans and food. By fo l lowing these care inst ruct ions, you wi l l prevent the emiss ion of fumes f rom pans and food that have been overheated.

- These fumes cou ld be dangerous fo r an ima ls w i th ve r y sens i t i ve resp i ra to r y sys tems such as b i rds . I t i s recommended tha t b i rds shou ld not be kept in the k i tchen.

- I f the cookware is acc identa l l y overheated the pan shou ld not be moved but shou ld be le f t to coo l down f i rs t .

C. Cleaning Your Cookware

- Hand washing is st rongly recommended. For regular care, c lean your pans wi th hot water, l iqu id detergent and a sponge. Scour ing powder, scour ing pads or harsh detergents are not recommended. Since food does not st ick, the sur face is ext remely easy to c lean wi thout scrubbing. Do not use stee l wool , scour ing pads or harsh detergents. Ny lon scrubbing pads are safe. I t is best to use warm water and a mi ld detergent.

- The use o f the l id when cook ing cons iderab ly reduces energy consumpt ion.

- Use the min imum amount of water in pans and br ing to the boi l quick ly before reducing to a s immer.

- Choose a su i tab le s i zed f lame or r ing fo r the base o f the pan and cente r your pan over the heat su r face.

C. Cleaning Your Cookware

- Hand washing is st rongly recommended. For regular care, c lean your pans wi th hot water, l iqu id detergent and a sponge. Scour ing powder, scour ing pads or harsh detergents are not recommended. Since food does not st ick, the sur face is ext remely easy to c lean wi thout scrubbing. Do not use stee l wool , scour ing pads or harsh detergents. Ny lon scrubbing pads are safe. I t is best to use warm water and a mi ld detergent.

- Do not c lean your cookware in d ishwasher.

- Never put co ld wate r in to a hot pan o r p lunge hot cookware in co ld wate r.

- Never use b leach or ch lo r ine based products on your cookware, even when d i lu ted.

- In o rder to p revent wate r spot t ing , r inse in hot wate r and dr y immedia te ly a f te r wash ing.

- I f you burn food in pans, f i l l them wi th warm wate r

and wash ing up l iqu id and leave to soak fo r about an hour. A f te rwards wash them wi th wash ing-up l iqu id and a sponge. I f soak ing is no t enough, scrub w i th a non-meta l l i c scour ing pad su i tab le fo r the purpose or use the above ment ioned c lean ing so lu t ions.

- Copper wi l l natura l ly darken wi thout regu lar po l ish ing. I t is ok to le t the exter ior s ide of copper darken wi th age. A qua l i ty copper po l ish is recommended to mainta in i ts warm g low. To mainta in a sh iny sur face, c lean af ter every use wi th a copper c leaner.

- I f the t in l in ing should be renewed, i t should per formed manual ly by using the t radi t ional f lame/blot ter method. The mater ia l for l in ing should be 100% pure cert i f ied t in.
