2. Benefits of an accreditation / certification scheme - who would take advantage of such

an offer, where might be potential difficulties? Certification scheme enables in case of its good setting together with training programme increase quality and ethics of advisory services. There are benefits for both: advisors - they are better accepted by their clients and clients – who get better services which help them develop their business significantly. Problem in the Czech Republic is that it is not clear who will be the roof organization which would guarantee the certification scheme. From 2005, Association for advisory works on implementation of international system of ICMCI (www.icmci.org) recognized in 40 countries. Today there are negotiations with Czech Chamber of Commerce on their representation of the ICMCI system in the Czech Rep.

3. What information/tools/good practice in the area of quality management would be interesting for you to take with you from the transnational working group? What type of support could be useful?

It is interesting and useful for Czech advisory market to be involved in ICMI system which is internationally recognized and verified by long term practice. APP is involved in work of ICMI, it hosted Euro Hub meeting in Prague this year. APP tries to promote the ICMI system in the 2007-2013 ERDF operational programme Entrepreneurship and Innovation, program “Advisory”.
