USER’S GUIDE This leaflet contains all the questions the Borough Council is asking about the Site Allocations and Policies Plan. We want to hear what you think about any or all of the issues and proposals that are being made. The questions are structured around the sections and proposed policies in the Site Allocations and Policies Plan. The plan production process 1. This is the first stage of public consultation on the draft Plan.

2. The next firm stage will be for the final draft to be published for comment; we hope this will happen towards the end of 2015 or early 2016.

3. Then there will be an Examination in Public conducted by an independent planning inspector.

This is, however, a continuous process and it is possible that amendments will be published for comment before or after stage 2. How to make comments It would greatly aid the process if you could use the representation forms as published here. They are also accessible on the Council’s web site. (Comments made by letter will also be accepted as long as full contact details are supplied. We need this so that you can be invited to speak at the Examination in Public.) You can submit either the whole leaflet or individual pages from it, but please also provide contact detail on the cover sheet. Comments cannot be accepted without this.
