Coos Bay-North Bend December 12, 2017 Rotary Club Rotator District #5110 President’s Message December 12, 2017 This has been a very busy couple of weeks. I want to thank everyone that has been involved in Festival of Trees, Bus Jam and Shore Acres Lighting and Hosting. Many hours have been put into these. I am looking forward to our Holiday Party tomorrow evening at Ciccarelli’s. Remember to bring a few bucks to put in the hat for the the wait and kitchen staff since they are only charging the club for the meal. Here is a short list of things to think about as we head into the 2018: Our club is getting back involved in Rotary Youth Exchange for the 2018-2019 school year. We will need Host Families, I believe, for 3 months at a time. I also need someone to coordinate the “Program Scheduling” for the rest of the year. This can be a team effort, but I need one person to work with the group. Also, the Annual Rotary Auction is coming up. We are starting to collect items and wine. There is no meeting on Tuesday, the 12th just the party!. Let’s socialize and celebrate! President Steve No Meeting Today. Meet at Ciccarelli’s for the Holiday Party. Open to members and their spouse. Help us thank the staff. Bring a few bucks to throw in when we pass the hat. If you signed up but are unable to attend, contact President Steve Schneiderman as soon as possible (Or you may receive a bill). Hosting at Shore Acres Light Today is the day. If you have signed up to host at Shore Acres, thank you. This wonderful Christmas Light Display happens starting at 4:00pm. The Schedule is on Page #2.
