3. Cooling Tower Pall Ring.

We offer Plastic Pall Rings are used in cooling towers and find their application in various fields.

The plastic used for manufacturing these rings are chosen on the basis of chemical resistance,

temperature stability and mechanical strength. Polypropylene offers excellent resistance to

chemicals at high temperatures, exceeding even 100o C, and is superior to polyethylene in almost

all aspects. Various sizes are available with us.

Absorption, scrubbing, and stripping services. Versatile alternative to metal Pall rings. A variety

of different sizes of products provide the ability to optimize capacity and efficiency based on

5. PVC Fills

The evaporative cooling pad is cellulose material impregnated with insoluble anti-rot salts and

rigidifying saturates. The material has spatial crossing linking technology with high absorbability. It is

water resistant, anti-mildew and has a long service life.

6. Cooling Tower Sprinkler

We are offering rotating type of Sprinkler that fits properly at bottle type tower. This sprinkler is manufactured using quality-tested raw material to ensure wear & tear resistance and durability. For corrosion free operation of this sprinkler, we fabricate its head using aluminium. By reaction force of circulating water, this sprinkler rotates at a speed of 7 RPM.

7. Cooling Tower Sprinkler With Distribution Pipe.

We offer two types of water distribution system that are mentioned below along with their features:

a) Rotary sprinkler system:

It is a PVC pipe sprinkler system having graded holes for uniform distribution of water. Its features are

die-cast aluminium alloy body and up to 15 ft. sweep diameter with 4, 6, 8 pipes.

b) Header system:

It is a hot dip galvanized / P.V.C. branched distribution system. Its specification includes:

• PVC/ S.S./ Chrome plated brass nozzles in sizes, from ½" to 3”

8. Cooling Towers Fan.

An aero-dynamically axial flow type fan is well balanced Construction. The fan blades are of case aluminium Alloy, fan with variable pitched blades is dynamically balanced for low vibration and high efficiency. Applications:

(d) Fin Fan Coolers.

9. Tower Packing

Tower packing plastic pall ring has two rows of punched out holes, with fingers or webs turned into the centre of the

cylinder, which significantly increases the performance of the packing, in terms of throughput, efficiency and pressure

drop.
