    1a Basic Analysis

    Based on previous study mainly SAE Technical Paper 2000-01-

    1872 and other SAE papers target lubrication operation

    should be in range of 65 80 degree Celsius to ensure

    minimal transmission efficiency losses.

    Several SAE Papers Show Splash temperature* can goes up to

    150 C at normal operation temperature under heavy load.

    These temp being used as a guideline for max temperature to

    be cool for EMDAP CVT cooling system.
