    Then take that collected milk in boiler.

    After boiling supply the milk in chiller tank.

    After the milk is chilled supply it to nuts sailor tank.

    Process :

    There are three layer ice cream in casstta mould. Moulding of mix & demoulding mode after proper harding. Turning into thin layer of ice cream. After that addition of cashew nuts then adding of cassatta cake bottom of ice cream. Proper harding cut into pieces by casstta cutting machine. Packaging and transfer into cold storage. Approximately 300Ltr. Casstta ice cream can be made by machine during 8 to 9 hours.

    Transfer into handing turner.

    After proper handing transfer of storage is 7 to 5 next day ice cream ready for dispatch.
