Sol-Gel formula of the new XERADUR® 2, ILAG proves that it

meets even more demanding requests: no cracking with

rapid temperature changes, almost no discoloration and even

significantly improved long-term use properties.

XERA-Dur®, with its sophisticated Xerogel technology,

guarantees exceptional properties such as excellent corrosion

and abrasion resistance, as well as a color range that meets

each and every taste.

The two-coat CERALON® system surprises with its high hardness

and does not develop hazardous decomposition products

even after overheating. The coating also has a very high

temperature resistance.

CERALON® Two-coat system with very high hardness, which combines very high temperature resistance withgood non-stick and extraordinary cleanability properties. CERALON® does not generate any dangerous thermal decomposition products whenoverheated. The energy consumption during the manufacturing process is lower than for conven-tional coatings due to lower curing temperatures.High hardness, very high temperature resistance, very good abrasion resistance.
