Ingrediente (Ingredients)When made, this recipe will serve 16 people• 4 cups strong black coffee• 6 eggs, separated• 2/3 cup caster sugar• 500g mascarpone• 600ml thickened cream, lightly whipped• 2 375g (large) packets of sponge fingers (Savoiardi)• Cocoa powder, for dusting

Prima parte (Step 1)

• Pour coffee into a shallow dish, set aside.

Secondo parte (Part 2)

• Next, you have to beat the egg yolks and sugar in a large bowl with electric beaters until pale and thick. Then add the mascarpone and whipped cream, whilst gently mixing until combined.

medium bowl with electric beaters until soft peaks form. Using a large metal spoon, folding the egg whites gently into the mascarpone mixture.

Quarto parte (Step 4)• Dip the Savoiardi in the coffee mixture and cover the base of a 19

centimeter ceramic dish and cover them with the mascarpone mixture and repeat the layers 2 times, finishing off with the cream. If the Tiramisu doesn’t go past the edge of the dish cover with plastic wrap, if not, don’t cover at all. Refridgerate for 2 hours. When serving dust generously with cocoa powder.
