INGREDIENTS

•300g of flour•100g of sugar•2 teaspoons of yeast•1 egg•150g of butter

STEPS:

•Put 300g of flour in a bowl.

•Put 100g of sugar in a bowl.

•Put 2 teaspoons of yeast in a bowl.

•Put 1 egg in a bowl.

•Cut 150g of butter into pieces and put them in a bowl.

•Knead/mix well with both hands until a workable dough.

•When finished preparing the dough, form thin sheets and with the molds make figures.

•When you have all forms of biscuits put them in the oven at 180 degrees for about10 minutes.

When browned remove them and they are ready to eat.
