Textile Reinforced Conveyor Belting

Solid Woven Belting

Truco supplies Textile Reinforced Conveyor Belting from its large stockholding and on an ex-manufacture basis. Supplied in lengths of up to 300 m.

Truco stocks and distributes a comprehensive range of high-grade, cost-effective textile and steel cord reinforced rubber conveyor belting for tough above- and below-ground mining and industrial applications.

Used in mines across Africa, each conveyor belt is branded with a unique serial number for traceability. Truco belting is SABS-certified and the SABS mark of approval is embossed on the belt.

Truco conveyor belts achieve the highest levels of performance and safety and hold accreditation for the following SABS standards:SABS 1173/2013 – Textile Reinforced Conveyor BeltingSABS 1366/2013 – Steel Cord Reinforced Conveyor Belting

Protective cover compounds include (but are not limited to): • Grade N: Abrasion Resistant • Grade M: High Abrasion, Cut and Gouge Resistant • Grade HR: 120 to 220° C Heat Resistant • Grade F – Fire Retardant Cover Compound

Solid Woven Belts are single core construction and are dipped in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) dipping agent. Additional covers can be added to the belt. Solid Woven Belting has excellent flame-resistant and anti-static properties, with high tensile strength to weight ratio and excellent impact and rip resistance.

Solid Woven Belts are suitable for conditions requiring flame resistant and anti-static properties such as coal mines, power stations, chemical and metallurgy industries.

Steel Cord Conveyor BeltingTruco supplies its range of Steel Cord Conveyor Belting on an ex-manufacturer basis. Steel Cord Conveyor Belting is manufactured to customers’ unique specifications and requirements.

on specification• High tensile strength up to 8 000 kN/m

Chevron Rubber Conveyor Belting

Truco supplies top-quality, Chevron Rubber Conveyor Belting for the efficient transport of aggregate, fertiliser, grains, sand and wood. Our Chevron Conveyor Belting is available in various patterns to suit most applications on an ex-manufacturer basis.

However, the 600 mm and 800 mm wide V-shape Chevron Belts are kept in stock.

Steep Incline Conveyor BeltingTruco supplies a range of cross-stabilised Steep Incline Conveyor Belting with customised sidewalls and cleats to suit customers’ requirements. These belts take advantage of vertical space and reduce the amount of floor space required.

Conveyor Belt SkirtingTruco press-cured Conveyor Belt Skirting prevents material spillage and achieves critical load direction. The Conveyor Belt Skirting is available in:

Pulley LaggingTruco large diamond Pulley Lagging reduces premature wear and increases conveyor belt grip. They are available in 1, 1.2, 1.5 and 1.8 m roll widths. The key benefits of our Pulley Lagging include:
