He also makes sure that his servers are competent, courteous and well-equipped to answer all menu questions. Awarded the Thai Select Seal of Approval by the Royal Thai Government Ministry of Commerce, Thai Smile Palm Springs has consistently been named "Best of the Valley" in the annual Desert Sun readers poll.
