Outing participants are required to wear clothing thatis customary to golf. Players must wear collared shirtsand golf shoes and may not wear sweat pants or cut-offs. Participants are expected to use proper conductwhile on the golf course property. Players areresponsible for obeying the posted daily cart pathrules, replacing divots, repairing ball marks on thegreen and raking of sand traps. Unruly behavior, foullanguage, throwing of clubs, hitting shots into groupswill not be tolerated. All golfers will be expected toadhere to proper golf etiquette including ready golfand keeping within sight of the foursome in front.

The fee of $125 covers cart, green fees,transportation, continental breakfast, beverage cartduring tournament, prizes and lunch.

LodgingWe encourage all members to stay at the headquarters hotel,Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center. The Associationsecures room blocks and enters into contractual agreementswith the hotels years in advance of the meeting guaranteeing apredetermined percentage of occupancy of the hotel’s guestrooms. To protect the value of guest rooms set aside for theevent, hotels include a performance clause that provides formonetary damages if fewer rooms than agreed upon areoccupied. Failure to meet performance thresholds may result ina significant financial loss to the Association. All meetings will beheld in the headquarters hotel.

Suitcasing PolicyWhat is Suitcasing? Suitcasing is when a non-exhibiting companysolicits business in exhibit hall aisles, another company’s booth orpublic spaces within the convention center. Suitcasing practicesinclude passing out brochures and business cards in the aisles orconducting meetings in special areas of the show floor such as theEducation Pavilions and Food Court.What is the Suitcasing Policy? Any attendee who is observed to besoliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in anothercompany’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the ExhibitionPolicy will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties maybe applied. Please report any violations you may observe to showmanagement.Please Support Our Exhibitors and Our Show – if you are approachedby non-exhibiting companies soliciting your business during thetrade show, we encourage you to not engage in a business matterwith them at that time.
