Entrepreneurship- The Spirit of The Young Steve Jobs once said- ldquoYour

time is limited donrsquot waste it

on living someone elsersquos life

Donrsquot be trapped by the

Dogma Which is living the

result of other peoples

thinking Donrsquotrsquo let the noise

of otherrsquos opinions drown

your inner voice and most

importantly have the courage

to follow your heart and

intuition They somehow

already know what you truly

want to become Everything

else is secondary The only

difference between mortals

and immortals is that

immortals believe in lsquodoing

thingsrsquo whereas meagre

mortals just wish

Entrepreneurs are the

immortals who have lived the

life the way they want The

rest just have wishful thinking

Having said that it doesnrsquot

mean that these ingenious

minds ndashthe entrepreneurs

have it easy They fight their

inner demons they fail they

breakdown and they do

loose But the only thing that

keep them going is their

dream A dream which is not

made up of neurons firing all

the way in the brain but

which is made up of sweat

blood faith and belief in that

immortal idea Entrepreneurs

are a rare breed an outlier

who constantly try to change

the way the world isrdquo

example when Harsh Narang

decided to solve the age old

problem of students- cost of

photo copying for notes Not

in his wildest dreams did he

think it would be a runaway

success Now PhoKatCopyTM

caters to the needs of over

35 Lakh students by

providing free Photocopies of

notes

Now PhoKatCopy may not be

as famous as Flipkart or

Zomato or even Snapdeal

but its founder shares the

same zeal and core DNA as

the any of the other start-up

founders- A stubbornness to

do something different Guts

and courage to walk the path

less travelled and in the end

to become ldquoImmortalrdquo Not

just because they embraced

entrepreneurship as their

second soul but because

they embraced an idea and

ideas never die

Pertinent to the crux of this

article I would dwell in to the

minds of the Young Vibrant

Entrepreneurs At a time

when the whole world is

expecting them to do what

everyone else is doing- Finish

your schoolcollege and take

up a good job what ignites in

the heart of those young

entrepreneurs May be the

thrill of the unexpected or the

desire to challenge the

societal norms these

youngsters play with fire

because they know that they

have the advantage of age

with them Young

award for her philanthropic efforts

Neha Gupta 15 years old started Empower

Orphans at the age of 9 Since then the

nonprofit has raised $30000 for orphans in

India thanks to Guptas fundraising

activities selling handmade greeting cards

and wine charms With a goal of raising

$20000 in 2010 Gupta is well on her way

to a successful career in philanthropy

Neha Gupta empowers disadvantaged and

orphaned children in India with basic

literacy a Empower Orphans has impacted

the lives of over 15000 children and raised

over $300000 The funds have gone

towards educational materials health care

food and clothing Nehas accomplishments

include opening four libraries in

underprivileged schools donating over

12000 books conducting an eye and

dental clinic for 360 children and

sponsoring the complete education of 50

children Nehas team is made up entirely of

youth volunteers who are helping her

expand Empower Orphans to aid children in

Africa and Asia

Suhas Gopinath

Age 21 (started up at 14) yrs

Founder CEO and President of Globals Inc

When he was just 14 this guy from

Bangalore India founded a company called

Globals Inc in San Jose California Listed in

Indiarsquos record books as ldquoThe Worldrsquos

Youngest Chief Executiverdquo The reason for

trying his luck in the United States rather

than his native country was because there

are laws in India that prevented him mdash then

as a minor mdash to start a company legally

Starting with only 4 employees he now

employs around 400 students between India

and the USA Hersquos also terribly frugal and

has shockingly turned down a $100 million

investment from a VC firm So far hersquos doing

very well on his own with 200 clients

throughout the world offices in 11 countries

and software products that address market

niches such as software for schools akin to

an electronic class register that tracks the

grades and attendance of students Another

product his company has developed (and is

a candidate for a patent) is a data

management tool that would help IT

companies decrease their workforce and

lower their costs

King Siddharth Age 20 yrs

At the age of 19 King Siddharth who belonged

to Mumbai started organizing small

competitions and events among teens He

earned by charging a little fee to gain entry into

these competitions Today Siddharta organizes

conferences called Createens that gives the

young students an opportunity to learn about

blogging entrepreneurship etc Also he is now

a speaker author and a magazine publisher He

writes an e-magazine called Friendz for teens

and also has written a book about spirituality

and science and how they are connected

The book is called Bhagvad Gita amp The

garage sales and selling stuff from his

house Later Arjun set up shop to sell

leftover wildflower necklaces after a

wedding Arjun transformed into a

COO of an online advertising firm

pretty quickly TV shows like lsquoThe

Oprah Showrsquo and lsquoThe Big Idea with

Donny Deutschrsquo inspired Arjun to take

entrepreneurship to the next level

Still thirsty Arjun now heads a brand

new venture called Odyssey Ads

which caters to the specific advertising

needs of the 21st Century

will push the world forward through entrepreneurship and innovation
