6. How to apply and conditions:-

a) All applications must be addressed to:

and submit ted in an envelope super scribed Application for the post of

____________ Engineer (Electrical) by Registered Post / Speed Post .

b) The Call let ters for int erview shall be issued subsequent ly. On select ion the

candidates has to submit the Medical Fit ness cert if icate issued by C.M.O. (Govt.

Hospit al) before j oining the Corporat ion.

c) The application should be accompanied by a Demand Draft of Rs. 225/ - issued (aft er

the date of publication of advert isement ) in favour of ESI Corporat ion, New Delhi

payable at New Delhi. This should be clipped on top of t he application. SC / ST /

Female / PH Candidates are exempted f rom payment of fees.

d) The application should also be accompanied with two self -at tested photographs

showing candidates name on top of t he photograph alongwith (1) Self attested

Photostat copies of Diploma / Degree and other educational qualifications. (2)

proof of experience in the related field and (3) Caste certificate and (4) Prof of

retirement.e) The interview wil l be held at Delhi.

f) Incomplete applicat ions and applicat ions received aft er the last date wil l be

rej ected. No interim correspondence wil l be entertained.

g) The last date for receipt of applicat ion is 12-April-2012.

Merely fulfilling the minimum prescribed qualifications and experience will

not vest any right on a candidate being call ed for interview. Since it may not be

possible to call al l the candidates for int erview, the applicat ions wil l be short li st ed

for the purpose. The decision of ESIC will be final. The Corporat ion wil l not

entert ain any correspondence in t his respect.
