Efforts to Secure Substitute Staff● Team met with Substitute Service Provider (ESS) repeatedly to secure
permanent and daily substitutes● Routinely post for vacancies and anticipated positions (20 consecutive days +)

● Hired substitutes as Pennsbury employees for daily assignments○ Budgeted 1 per school for the current school year only
● Offered technology devices and training to potential substitute employees● Working with recent graduates to expedite Pennsylvania certification● Created Memorandum of Understanding with PESPA to secure emergency
