Dear Colleagues,We are pleased to announce the 2017-2018 UC Davis Eye Center Continuing Medical Education activities.

For the coming year, we have planned an exciting Visiting Professor Grand Rounds series listed in this brochure. We invite you to join us at the Eye Center for these CME activities.

At UC Davis Eye Center we are constantly striving to make sure our CME activities provide the community and our region with the most current information on patient care, disease management, surgical techniques and innovations covering all the ophthalmic subspecialty areas.

We are not only leaders in patient care and research but also in educating ophthalmologists and ophthalmic professionals. Throughout the year we have several annual live activities that we hope you will attend.

On October 21, 2017, we will host, “The EYES of a CHILD”, an enormously successful program geared to pediatricians, optometrists, school nurses, and technicians.

The 41st Annual Ophthalmology Symposium will be returning to the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel, May 18-20, 2018.

On Saturday, June 16, 2018, the Eye Center will host the 7th Annual Resident and Alumni Research Symposium on the UC Davis Medical Center Campus. This one-day educational program will include resident and fellow research presentations and will feature the Alumnus of the Year Lecturer and the Byron Demorest Lecturer.
