2013 Membership Dues

Kathryn Grubbs’ photo titled "The Robin's Christmas Tree" has been chosen as the Last Look image for the December 2012 issue of Slice Magazine. Kathryn took this photograph with Velvia 100 slide film. Kathryn and Charles were driving around Draper Lake in Oklahoma City just after an ice storm. “We almost drove right past these beautiful "Christmas Robins!” They flew just a few seconds after the shot.” Charles said.

Special Events

After thoughtful consideration of the board, the competition rules have been updated. The following is a highlight of the changes. For the full competition rule wording please check the website or the new yearbook.

Print & Slide Competition

Number of entries is now 4 per category for a max of 18 yearly.

No substitution for photos will be allowed and entries must be present at competition table by 7:00 pm SHARP!

Only one entry slip is filled out and the entries must be entered by 9:00 pm on the Friday preceding competition night.

You must verify that entries were received to make sure the online entries came through to the competition chair.

Prints must be mounted on a firm mat or mount and stand up on their own without curling, bending, or falling over.

PDI Competition

Number of entries is now 3 per category for a max of 18 yearly.

Photos must be named properly and entered by 9:00 pm.

No resizing is needed.

Judging

Judges may make up the competition they missed either prior to or after that competition.
