A reception and lobby area

that pushes the boundaries of

contemporary design with the

fusion of diverse materials and

inspired creativity.

The ultimate in modernity -

flank walls are full height glass with

bespoke manifestation accentuated

with back lighting.

The ceiling is acoustically rated with

inset coffer lights and LED downlights

around the perimeter.

The reception desk has been

created as a statement which

follows the natural flow of the

space. It is a bespoke piece made

from and finished in natural

polished cherry wood, sculptured

in layers which are subtly

illuminated with the artful use of

inset LED lighting.

The floor is natural Jura limestone,

cut and laid to follow the organic

shape of the fossil formations

contained within the stone.

The lift lobby wall features a

vibrant graphic created by a series

of full height back lit glass panels.

There are three 17 person

passenger lifts with an average

waiting time of less than

30 seconds.
