    ICASSP2016: Signal and information processing is the driving heartbeat in the developmentof technologies that enrich our lives and advance our society. The 41st InternationalConference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing (ICASSP) will be held in theShanghai International Convention Center, Shanghai, China between March 20 and 25,2016.     Committees.

    Tutorial and Special Session Proposals: Tutorials will be held on March 20 and 21, 2016.Tutorial proposals must include title, outline, contact information, biography and selectedpublications for the presenter(s), and a description of the tutorial and the material to bedistributed to participants. Special session proposals must include a topical title, rationale,session outline, contact information, and a list of invited speakers. Additional information canbe found at the ICASSP 2016 website.

    Signal Processing Letters: Authors of IEEE Signal Processing Letters (SPL) papers will begiven the opportunity to present their work at ICASSP 2016, subject to space availability andapproval by the ICASSP Technical Program Chairs. SPL papers published between January 1,2015 and December 31, 2015 are eligible for presentation at ICASSP 2016.
