Tutorial and Special Session Proposals: Tutorials will be held on March 20 and 21, 2016.Tutorial proposals must include title, outline, contact information, biography and selectedpublications for the presenter(s), and a description of the tutorial and the material to bedistributed to participants. Special session proposals must include a topical title, rationale,session outline, contact information, and a list of invited speakers. Additional information canbe found at the ICASSP 2016 website.
Signal Processing Letters: Authors of IEEE Signal Processing Letters (SPL) papers will begiven the opportunity to present their work at ICASSP 2016, subject to space availability andapproval by the ICASSP Technical Program Chairs.
