In this project, you will modify a PowerPoint presentation highlighting the employees of Penn Liberty Motors. Slide transitions and custom animation effects will add life to the slide show. You will also insert hyperlinks and create custom slide shows. You will annotate the slide show and create a self-running presentation.

Open p06H_Staff, and then save the file in your PowerPoint Chapter 6 folder as Lastname_Firstname_6H_Staff To complete the project, you will create a slideshow to do the following:

• ApplyaWipetransitionand0.5Timingtoallslides.• OnSlides2,3,and6,applytheWipeentranceanimationtotheSmartArtplaceholder.

Set the effect options to One by One, Start to After Previous, Direction to From Left, and Timing Speed of 1 seconds (Fast). Animate the salesman picture on each slide with the Fade entrance effect starting after the previous effect.

• OnSlide4,animatetheSmartArtplaceholderwiththeWipeentranceeffectwiththefollowing options: One by One, Start After Previous, and Speed of Fast. Set the picture animation for an entrance effect of Fly In, From Left, Start After Previous, and Medium speed.

• OnSlide5,animatetheSmartArtplaceholderwithaFadeentranceeffectwiththefollowingoptions: One by One and Start After Previous. Add a Circle Motion path to the dollar sign picture, and then apply Start After Previous. Use the dollar sign picture to set up a hyperlink to Create New Document. Name the new document Lastname_Firstname_6H_Banks.docx Select the Edit the New Document Now option. In the Word document, type We are committed to working with your bank, credit union, or other financial institution. Press  two times, and then type Lastname_Firstname_6H_Banks.docx Save your document, and then exit Microsoft Word.

• CreateacustomslideshownamedSales that includes Slides 1, 2, and 3. Create a second custom slide show named Service that includes Slides 4, 5, and 6 to the show. On Slide 1, add a hyperlink to the flag picture that takes you to the Service custom show. Set it to return to the title slide after showing.

By using the skills you practiced in this chapter, you will modify a presentation. Your presentation should look similar to Figure 6.80.

Start PowerPoint, open p06I_Auto_Show, and then save it in your PowerPoint Chapter 6 folder as Lastname_Firstname_6I_Auto_Show On the title slide, apply a transition to all slides and set a timing duration. On Slides 3, 5, 7, and 8, add an entrance effect for the SmartArt graphic, and then apply effect options for direction, timing, and starting sequence.

On Slide 7, select the picture, and then add a hyperlink to the file p06I_Registration.docx, located in the student data files. Add an appropriate ScreenTip. On Slide 4, click the picture, and then add an entrance animation with effect options for speed and starting sequence. Link the last slide to the first slide using an action button.

On the title slide, format the text Philadelphia International Auto Show for exit animation and effect options. Hyperlink the text Contact Us to the email address sponsor@libertymotors.com

Set up a new custom slide show. For the first show, use the name Auto Show and add Slides 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. For the second show, use the name Convention Center and add Slides 6, 7, and 8. Hide Slide 4. On Slide 2, hyperlink the text Pennsylvania Convention Center to the custom show Convention Center with Show and return selected. Set up a slide show with rehearsed timings to be viewed on a kiosk.
