Company background

•SU-6 was transferred from Welding and Installation Trust to Soyuzmontazhgaz trust and relocated from the city of Bryansk to the city of Stavropol at the end of 1964. •In 60-s and 70-s they performed installation works in the course of the construction of oil and gas complex in the Stavropol Territory. These years the staff of SU-6 was involved in works for facilities of national economic significance in different region of the USSR.

•On June 23, 1980 SU-6 of Soyuzgazmontazh trust integrated into Tsentrkomplektmontazh trust. •Assemblers of SU-6 were the first to develop the largest gas filed “Shatlykskoye” in Turkmenistan and gas condensate facilities in Novy Urengoy and Astrakhan, where large installation organizations were established on the basis of SU-6. They performed the construction of gas pipelines and compressor stations in Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and the Baltic States, and abroad in collaboration with Germany, Italy, the Chez Republic, the USA, England, Japan, Canada and France.

•On June 21, 1990 Tsentrkomplektmontazh trust was dissolved and SU-6 was renamed in SU-6 Construction and Welding Union “Neftegazmontazh”. •On October 1, 1993 SU-6 became branch of Open JSC Neftegazmontazh SU-6 that was dissolved completely on July 31, 1998. •On August 1, 1998 Subsidiary SU-6 Neftegazmontazh, JSC was established. During the time of drastic reduction in oil and gas construction SU-6 underwent a period of stagnation, was on the verge of bankruptcy, but it was able to keep its main staff and equipment.

•From February 2004 Subsidiary SU-6 Neftegazmontazh, JSC was reorganized into SU-6 Neftegazmontazh, JSC. •From 2001 to 2006 the Company’s staff performed the following large-scale oil and gas industry facilities:

1) Komsomolskaya, Kropotkinskaya and Astrakhanskaya pump stations;

2) Salskaya, Volgogradskaya, Olkhovskaya, Kotelnikovskaya, Zhirnovskaya, Novopetrovskaya, Stavropolskaya and Smolenskaya compressor station.

•In 2007 SU-6 Neftegazmontazh, JSC integrated into Promstroi Group of Companies and began the execution of the following significant projects: 1) Expansion of South Balyk Gas Treatment Plant (the Khanty Mansiysk Autonomous District);

2) ESPO 1 Skovorodino – the PRC’s Border Pipeline; 3) Sakhalin – Khabarovsk – Vladivostok Main Gas Pipeline. Sakhalin gas compressor station. Received certificate ISO 9000.

• In 2009 became member of NPO Self-Regulatory Organization “Builders Alliance” and received Certificate “For Hazardous, Highly Technical and Unique Sub-Facilities”.

•On March 6, 2012 SU-6 Neftegazmontazh, JSC received certificate of conformity to quality management system requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2008, what is proved by the status of a reliable partner. •On March 20, 2012 being a member of NPO Self-Regulatory Organization “Builders Alliance”, SU-6 Neftegazmontazh, JSC received Work Permit to specific works influencing the security of capital construction facilities. •In 2015 it became a member of SRO “Association of gas and oil complex builders”.

Quality control department

Specialists of SU-6 has developed, fabricated and introduced an uncommercial and unique in the territory of the Russian Federation set of tools and devices for pipe spool fabrication of large diameter for compressor and pump stations (diameter 0f 500÷1400 mm) in the shop and in the field

SU-6 Neftegazmontazh, JSC has its own production and repair base with pipe spool and metal structure fabrication workshop. They use advanced methods for submerged arc and gas-shielded welding.

Heat treatment

SU-6 Neftegazmontazh, JSC established a subdivision carrying out heat treatment of welded joints and equipment. There are 12 Heat Treatment Operators in the subdivision who are certified on an annual basis.

Works are carried out by means of the heat treatment plant for

welded joints that can be operated both manually and in automatic mode. At least 6 welded joints up to 377 mm each can be processed by means of this plant simultaneously. All devices meant for recording and in-process monitoring have certificates for measuring means.

Total amount of heat-treated joints of different diameters (from 32

mm to 377 mm) at the facility “Saratov Oil Refinery” was about 2000 joints. About 800 joints were heat-treated at “Astrakhan Gas Processing Plant”.

Responsibility to the Customer

From February 2015 the Quality Management System of SU-6 Neftegazmontazh, JSC relating to construction reconstruction and overhaul works, that have an impact to safety of capital construction projects corresponds to the international requirements ISO 9001:2008 that is confirmed by the certificate of Intertek Certification Limited, Great Britain

From 2014 SU-6 Neftegazmontazh, JSC is a member of Self-Regulating Organization "Association of gas and oil complex builders" (The Certificate of clearance for a specific type or types of works that influence safety of capital construction projects including highly dangerous and technically challenging facilities" No.0645.01-2014-2635043064-С-084 dated 14.11.2014.

Non-Destructive Testing Laboratory: SU-6 Neftegazmontazh, JSC has testimonial of competence issued by Independent Certification Agency for Non-Destructive Testing Laboratories LLC Firm “Stroiexpert” in Krasnodar certifying that a non-destructive testing laboratory of SU-6 complies with the requirements of non-destructive control system.

С In 2009 Zapadno-Sibirskiy Bank of Sberbank of Russia in the city of Tyumen became a reliable partner of Promstroi Group of Companies that during the cooperation period issued several dozens of its products (credit lines, bank guarantees, payroll programmes) for the Group.

Gazprom’s Certificate confirms the Company’s organizational and technical readiness in order to carry out preparatory, earth, welding and installation, and insulation works, as well as works concerning ballasting and allocation of gas pipelines, void pigging and testing of pipelines and equipment, quality control of welded and insulation coating in the course of capital repairs and reconstruction of gas transport facilities.

In 2007 SU-6 Neftegazmontazh, JSC integrated into Promstroi Group of Companies, a construction and installation Holding Company performing design and construction of large-scale industrial projects of power-producing industry (oil and gas production, transportation and processing), power industry and metallurgy industry. Ten specialized companies of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Belarus are integrated into Promstroi Group of Companies, which carry out EPC and EPCM projects).

Materials Testing Laboratory: SU-6 Neftegazmontazh, JSC has certificate issued by the Federal Budget Institution “State Regional Centre of Standardization, Metrology and Testing in the Stavropol Territory” that gives the laboratory the right to carry out physical testing of joint welds and their certain parts, weld deposits and their alloy, and measure of hardness of metals.
