include traditional lens style, contemporary down light or indirect lighting.

EASY ASSEMBLY AND MAINTENANCE

The Euro Series fixture has beenengineered to be accessible foreasy tool - less maintenance bymeans of captivated thumb screws.

The hinged roof opens up afterloosening the captive screws.

A. With the roof assembly open, the lamp and/or roof optic is easilyaccessible for maintenance.

B. Captive screws hold the roofoptic and optional ballast securelyin position.

C. The roof optic is removed byloosening captive screws, allowingeasy access to the optional roofballast and to rotate the roof optic if needed.

D. The fitter is provided with a siliconegasketed twist-lock cap for tool- lessaccess to the wiring chamber/ballasthousing.

E. All ballasts are wired with quickdisconnect couplings.

STERNBERG SELECT FINISHES

Stage I: All products to be coated shall receive a 96 secondAlkaline cleaner application followed by a 48 second freshwater rinse at ambient temperature.

Stage II: Shall be a 60 second Phosphoric Acid 4% solution treat-ment with a Fluoride accelerant followed by a 48 secondreverse osmosis water rinse at ambient temperature. Therinse will be followed by a high pressure air spray toremove all moisture from the product.

Stage III: Shall be a 48 second Non-Chrome Polymer sealer application.

Stage IV: Shall start with 16 minutes in a drying oven at 400degrees.

Stage V: Shall be an electro-static application of polyester powderin a downdraft spray booth and applied by articulatedrobotic arm sprayer and over sprayed by an applicationtechnician. Polyester powder over spray shall be recover-able and reusable.

Stage VI: Shall be 25 minutes oven curing at 450 degrees to harden the powder finish and create final appearance andadhesion to the substrate. Curing shall be followed by 9.5 minutes in a cooling tunnel to prepare for un-racking.
