FIS Responsibilities

• Preparations for Platform readiness and network paperwork

• Partner with networks (Visa) as implementation facilitators

• Quality assurance review of all submitted materials when applicable

• Provide clients with a welcome email with helpful information

• Client communication and support

What are the Expectations for our Banks for Readiness & Enablement?

Bank Responsibilities

• Read all communications and take action on required tasks

• Make a choice to Opt into the Program by APRIL 5, 2019

• Navigate to DocuSign Opt-In Link to agree to Enablement work in 2019

– Fill out a project contact form for your ICBA Bancard program (Credit Only, Debit Only, or Credit and Debit) and provide the appropriate liaison for the program

• Provide all necessary information and submit all appropriate collateral or questionnaires

• Complete the Enablement steps by SEPTEMBER 30, 2019

• Pay the Enablement Fee upon completion of Enablement Steps

• Once fully enabled, work with your dedicated Client Relations team member when you are ready to start issuing Contactless cards

• For all program related questions:

– Attend regularly scheduled webinars

– Once the enablement contract is received, the FIS Implementation team will provide an email address to that client for questions related to the enablement

activities

– Contact your dedicated Client Relationship team member
