Standard Trailer Specs

Third Wheel Trailers has been well recognized in the industry for its new stylish and innovative design. With its superb aerodynamics and lightweight construction, this is the most agile single wheel trailer ever created. Having undergone

numerous prototypes and every part carefully detailed via CAD design, you have a fi t and fi nish, from the start of the frame to the fi nish of the shell which gives you a complete airtight seal to ensure maximum protection for all your items inside. All Frame components are welded with a tig welding system for maximum strength and penetration, giving us the ability and control to weld each part with greater precision and accuracy.

After the CAD design, the shell model then moves on to a CNC Milling center where its shape begins to come forth with very low tolerances and precise dimensions. The original cast is formed over a solid mass of MDF, which gives you a perfectly shaped mold, for a perfectly shaped body.

Which ever model of trailer you chose, you will fi nd the same accuracy in their design, quality in its manufacturing, assembly and detail in fi t and fi nish in your trailer from start to delivery.

This Trailer is the one that started it all. Very sleek, aerodynamic, nice and low to the ground for superb handling and stability. The storage capacity is 5.5 cubic feet and a fully carpeted interior with 2 gas shocks to prop it up when open.

This is the bigger brother of the CP 550. This trailer rests on the same platform as its predecessor. Its basic dimensions are the same but its lower body section is 4” taller, therefore giving it a total of 6.5 cubic feet of storage.

This Trailer allows even “Man’s Best Friend” to come along. The CP 650 D is the same as the standard CP 650, but with the simple addition of 2 side mounted windows or a single top opening, old airplane cockpit style, and this will allow your pet to properly breathe as it enjoys the ride with you.

Note that this trailer is only for small dogs and not a full grown full size dog, and to have the dog in it for long trips, is not recommended.
