o Our field operation is managed by highly proficientprofessionals with over 15-years’ experience in both local andinternational projects together with a team of seasoned fieldexecutives. Consumer Insights Consult also has over 400well trained interviewers as well as 80 supervisorsthroughout the West Africa sub region who are eloquent intheir native languages with good command over English andFrench Language.

CIC has over 300 tablets and an inhouse built survey designerand manager platform. We also use survey platforms such asSurveyToGo and Survey Solutions and conversant with the useof Program Management Tool (PMT) software. The firm hasexperienced data and research analysts who carry out datacleaning and analysis of large data sets.

One-Way MirrorOur focus group discussions have been revolutionised. Observers donot need to observe the respondents from a different room viascreen projections. A one-way mirror has been fixed; a sheet of glasswhich, when viewed from one side, appears to be a normal mirrorand when viewed from the other side, is transparent. Clientpersonnel are able to watch the whole discussion behind a one-waymirror.

CATI CentreThe CiC team has an office purposely designed as Call centers with morethan 200 mobile phone devices that can be deployed depending onmeeting timelines. The call centre engages approximately 10 callingagents CATI surveys.

He has over the years worked in various capacities as field supervisor, executive interviewer; research executive and research manager. He handled research projects for various Multi-national companies including British American Tobacco, UNICEF, USAID, GSMF, CMS, Unilever, Multi-choice, Guinness, Cadbury, MTN, Coca Cola, Nestle, VOA, RFI and BBC etc. He is also well versed in the use and application of various research methods, tools and software. With vast experience in project coordination and delivery, he oversees all projects and ensures deliverables and specifications are implemented.Ireneus holds a B.A (Hons) degree in Political Science and Masters of Science degree in Marketing and Business management from UK.

Matthew Kofie Matthew is a statistician and trained MarketResearcher and graduate from the University ofGeorgia, USA. He has over 12 years’ experience indata analysis and project management with variety ofstatistical software. He has experience with a broadrange of Clients in FMCG, Industrial, Financialservices, Media, NGOs and Telecommunication. He isa member of European Society for Opinion and MarketResearch (ESOMAR).He holds a Master’s Degree in Statistics from KwameNkrumah University of Science and Technology andDiploma from the Institute of Statistical, Social andEconomic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana.

Natalia Osei-PokuNatalia specializes in modern qualitative researchtechniques, which involves project setup, data collection(in-depth interviews, focus group discussion,ethnographies, mini-groups), content analysis and actiondriven reporting. She has over 5 years experience inmarket research. Cyprian Ekor

He has over 15 years quantitative and qualitativeresearch experience with many national andinternational organizations.Cyprian has been with TNS-RMS Ghana for over 4years working as the statistician and methodologyexpert. His main area of expertise is sampling,methodology, quantitative and qualitative research.He has conducted extensive research in the field ofNational Population Census Data Collection, householdincome, small medium enterprise developmentprojects, agriculture households’ census, education,sanitation and poverty in Ghana.

Isaac has in-depth experience in proposal and report

writing, project design and implementation, analysis of

research findings. He is also well versed in the use of

various research application tools and software not

limited to MS Excel, SPSS and STATA.

Emmanuel Niiboye Odai

Emmanuel has an all-encompassing experience in

statistical data management and quality controlling . He

also doubles as CAPI expert by scripting questionnaires

and managing data through that medium. He is well

versed in using various statistical tools like SPSS, STATA

etc. Emmanuel holds a BSc. (Hons.) degree in

Mathematics & Economics from the University for

Development Studies.

Michael Addah

He has over twenty (20) years rich experience in

fieldwork (data collection procedures), training,

monitoring and coordinating of field activities. He

controls all field operations at Consumer Insights

Consult. Mike works to ensure accurate and timely

submission of data to the Data Processing team and

Kennedy Senam Amedume

Ken's experience reneges from being an interviewer,

supervisor to field executive and now Assistant Project

manager for all tracking Projects both local and

international in Consumer Insights Consult. With over

9 years experience in market research and field

execution, he has managed trade auditing studies for

over 4 years..
