• California Pizza Kitchen, sponsored by Golden Gate capital, is in the market with a first and second-lien refinancing.Price discussions are targeting L+600 with a 1% floor and a 99 OID on the six-year first-lien term loan. The second-lien,seven-year tranche has been rumored to be at L+1,000, with a 1% floor offered at 97. The refinancing deal isstructured as a $290 million first-lien term loan (B/B2), a $75 million second-lien term loan (CCC/Caa2), and a $30million revolver.

• Personal care product provider High Ridge Brands secured its $270 million senior credit facility supporting CD&R’srecent $415 million acquisition of the company. The company plans to utilize additional facilities to continue itsaggressive add-on acquisition strategy, which it previously leveraged to build a portfolio of nine consumer brands.

• Parts Authority recently wrapped up a $145 million first-lien term loan to support a buyout by The Jordan Company.The 5-year term loan is priced at L+475 with a 1% floor and a 99 OID, indicating a yield of about 6.08%. The facilityincludes six months of 101 soft call coverage and is guided by structured leverage covenants. The senior debt isexpected to be a 4x levels, with 4.8x total leverage all-in.
