Management essentials suiteOur e-Learning suite has been developed speci�cally for learners with a targeted need and little time to up-skill. The courses are short and sharp with focused content, infographics and video to deliver information swiftly and to keep learners engaged. Re�ection exercises and quizzes give users an opportunity to embed what they’re learning.

Course examples

Ceed Learning was established in 2013, in partnership with Connemara. Connemara is an expert in leader-ship and people development and an a�liate partner for Insights in Africa.

Business Writing

Writing can also have a positive impact on career advancement. The module provides an overview of business writing fundamen-tals, including the purpose of business writing, and describes the writing process. Interspersed through the course are instances of ‘Look at things from another angle’, which provide the learner with real-life examples to help illustrate the WHY.

Managing E�ective Meetings

Unstructured and unnecessary meetings do little more than waste time and frustrate people. One of the key skills needed to run a meeting is e�ective communication. The course explains the importance of communicating well in order to establish and main-tain credibility. It assists managers in running e�ective meetings by describing how to prepare for, run and follow up after meetings.

Coaching

Coaching focuses on helping the individual achieve outcomes or goals that are practical and observable, and is based on continual feedback. The purpose of the course is to address the needs of managers looking to develop a coaching approach to manage-ment. It looks at principles of coaching, outlines the GROW model and provides an overview of coaching conversations.

Con�ict Management

Con�ict usually arises from simple misunderstandings which challenge our values. If not resolved promptly, it can lead down a destructive path. The course will allow you to identify your con�ict management (and social) style and that of the people around you. It will suggest ways of minimising the occurrence of con�ict and how to agree on e�ective resolutions.

While each course is ready-to-use, it can also be customised for your speci�c organisation.
