Please note “Funded” means that you consider

Courtenay Medical as your main primary health care

provider and you are enrolled and registered with us.

If you were born overseas you need to provide us with

your passport, so we can verify your proof of

eligibility, to register and enrol and therefore receive

the Government subsidised fees.

Letters and Forms From $24

Payment is expected on day of consultation. We

accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, cheque and cash.

Appointments with the Doctor are for 15 minutes. If

you need extra time please let us know before the

appointment. There is an extra charge for this time.

An administration fee of $8 is applied if the account is

not paid within 7 days. Unpaid accounts are referred

to a Debt Collection Agency. All costs incurred with

debt collection will be the responsibility of the

account holder.

There is a minimum fee to see a nurse.

Two hours cancellation notice is required. If you miss

an appointment you will be charged a missed

appointment fee.
