Consultant Instructio ns Lucky numbers Setup Print and laminate slide 2 (no need to laminate if you plan to send it out in Host pack). Print slide 3 on card and cut out each number and prize image square. Place numbers in a drawstring bag. Which Game? Game A – This game can have up to 5 winners, for every 5 squares sold an extra prize is added. The prizes must be added in order: 5# = A, 10# =A+B, 15# =A+B+C, 20# = A+B+C+D and 25# = A+B+C+D+E. Game B – This game has only 1 winner and 1 prize. The value of the ‘Simple Additions’ prize increases the more numbers are sold. Game C – Alternatively use as a charity grid, half of prize fund is given to a named charity and rest is awarded as PC pounds to the winning guest. Game option A (up to 5 small prizes) 1 prize will be raffled for every 5 squares sold A B C D E Game option B (1 prize) Simple Additions Prize will increase in value for every 5 squares sold i ii iii iv Before guests arrive Arrange with host which game to play and work with them to sell the numbers as guests arrive. Set host a target that if all the squares are sold (or over £45 worth!) then they will get one of the guest gifts free! Grid could even be sent in Host pack to be sold to friends and family who can’t make the cooking show. Or why not do both! Drawing winner/s While guests browse catalogue ask host to remove any unsold numbers from the drawstring bag then draw the relevant number of winners after checkout. If playing game A invite each winner to select a prize from the appropriate range (see game A details). Ordering prizes on IPartner If £45 spend is reached then set up a new guest order and fill in details as host but change 1 st name to ‘Prizes’, don’t forget to add on free guest gift.
