Komponen-komponen asas diletak dalam satu ruang logi mekanikalpenyaman udara yang mengendalikan sebahagian besar Saikel Refrigerationdan penyejukan udara.

Selain itu ia memerlukan satu Unit Pengental penyejukan udara dan Menara

Penyejuk di mana ia boleh mendapat pengudaraan yang baik. Kedua-dua unitini disambung melalui paip ulang-alik refrigerant atau air ikut sistem yangdigunakan.

Udara bekal didatangkan dari Logi Pusat dan diagihkan melalui saluran danbaur ke ruang-ruang yang didinginkan. Udara boleh diagihkan secara

mendatar melalui salur dalam ruang siling gantung/ bawah lantai ditinggikan.

Agihan mendatar boleh dibuat melalui liang-liang pugak kemudahan.

Ciri utama sistem ini adalah penggunaan air yang disejukkan dari SaikelRefrigerant untuk menyejukkan udara dalam Saikel Udara.

Sistem ini mengadakan media air sejuk di satu Logi Pendinginan dengan tujuanuntuk diagihkan kebeberapa Unit Pengendalian Udara ( A.H.U ).

Sistem ini mempunyai 4 pusingan berasingan untuk mengalih haba dari dalamruang didinginkan ke udara luar bangunan.

Pertama- Saikel Udara mengalih haba dari ruang didinginkan ke A.H.U melalui mediaudara.Kedua- Pusingan Air mengalih haba dari alat A.H.U ke Lingkaran Pengental di LogiPendinginan melalui media air.Ketiga- Saikel Refrigerant mengalih haba dari Lingkaran Pengental ke LingkaranPengental dalam alat Chiller di Logi Pendinginan.Keempat- Pusingan Air mengalih haba dari Lingkaran Pengental ke Menara Penyejukmelalui media air
