Reference code: JA00006 Location: Asia, working from our office in Tokyo Contact Bernard Ravesloot Tel. 0 49 41 - 927 231 Your duties • Management and technical support of wind farm construction sites starting with the construction of access roads and crane platforms through cable installation up to foundation construction works • Monitor and implement occupational health and safety on the construction site • Supervising and supporting clients´ subcontractors and coordination of own subcontractors • Planning and coordination of site supervisors & installation tools • Monitor and ensure construction process and progress according to project planning • QA, inspection, on-site measurement and taking over of executed (additional) work of construction and electrical engineering trades • Continuous reporting to the Project Managers • Monitor and taking over of the installation of the wind energy converter Your profile • Degree in engineering (University / University of Applied Sciences) preferably in the field of civil engineering / civil engineering technician • First experience in site management would be an advantage as well as basic knowledge in project management • Good knowledge in MS-Office • Excellent Japanese and English language skills, additional foreign languages would be an advantage • Unrestricted ability to work at height • High level of flexibility and geographical mobility, also outside of Japan • Self-confident, highly proactive personality who is convincingly team-oriented • Good communication and negotiation skills • In possession of a driver´s license Construction Manager Japan karriere.enercon.de
