up to a rnaximurn of 5 firms which will subsequently be calied uponto submit a proposal fot the preParation of the Feasibility fePolt,

Scope of Services

The successful Corrsultancy Firm shall be requlred to conduct a fullscaie feasibility study on the consfiucHon of a newImaging/Diagnostic Deparfment and Operation Theake Elock at

Flacq Hospital, consisting of but not limlted to the following:

Qualifications

5.L In order to qualily all prospective firms must reckon ProvenexFerience for at least 10 years in conducting feasibiiilystudies for hospital proiects namely in the analysis, modeling,

plarmirrg and designing of hospital rcrvicee, developr:terrt of

cletailed project feasibtltty report/ capital investment andplarrning in the Health Sector,

Firrns must also irave wide experience in planning,knowledge of private-public mix heaithcare issues, adequateknowledge of costilg, budgeting and total project life cycle

costs, and wolking experience in Upper-Middleincome
