Certificate for Payment Summary is posted to WWN and esigned and enotarized 5. Contractor emails Architect w/ keys and password to append docs 6. Architect appends docs 7. Package is eSigned and eNotarized as needed 8. Package is complete and can be exported as PDF or TIFF 9. Document ready for review by management 10. Documents ready for review by Lender 11.
