We certify, that we have examined into the several particulars directed by 4th Geo• 4, Chap. 33, and that the Treasurer has duly conformed thereto.
P U B L IC O R D E R S .
We present, that a Special Sessions shall be held in Dundalk; on Tuesday, the 19th day o f October next, for the purpose o f accounting for any Presentment, the expenditure whereof shall not have been accounted for at the present Assizes.
We present, that a Special Sessions shall be held on Tuesday, the 15th, and Wednesday the 16th o f February next, at Dundalk; and on Thursday, the 17th, Friday, the 18th and Saturday, the 19th at Ardee,—for the purpose o f taking into consideration all Applications for Presentments, and exami- ing all accounts, and the expenditure o f Money Presented,—pursuant to an Act 59 Geo. 3, Chap. 81; and that all applications for Presentments, and accounts o f expenditure, shall be respectively considered and examined, at such Special Sessions in Dundalk, for the Baronies o f Upper and Lower Dundalk; and at such Sessions in Ardee, for the Baronies o f Louth, Ardee and Ferrard.
The Collectors o f County Cess w ill observe, that, by a late Act o f Parliam ent, they are obliged to Close the ir Accounts w ith the Treasurer o f the County, two days p rio r to the firs t day o f cadi Assizes, on pain o f fo rfe itin g their fees.
