    Specific Objective: Technical Assistance Division seeks to facilitate in providing broad-based capacity-building

    opportunities to the 6 functional divisions and nineteen (19) Divisions to ensure effective delivery of TA

    services/interventions to increase performance indicators and continuously improve the learning outcomes.
