Sharing of your stories with the public is important to make them aware of the importance of the history and heritage. Although the romans said ‘Nil novi sub sole’, it is better to know your history, not to make the same mistakes.

It is important to create a good communication mix of panels, web presence, mobile and physical guidance.

WIZPR.guide™ animates the museum digitally. And we don’t do that with a specific device and applications but with a mobile platform that is flexible to use and available for ALL smartphones on existing mobile operator networks or WIFI. Our clients are rapidly operational with a low cost investment.

A loyalty program engages better with your guests and puts you in power to re-activate him afterwards. That is much more efficient and sustainable than to push your guest away to Facebook.

WIZPR.guide™ is a Belgian product, active in several european countries like Sweden, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, England and France...

WIZPR.guide™ works as a ‘lean company’ : we engage the best freelancers or suppliers.

You cannot find us in a large office building with unnecessary costs – the contact with our clients is fast, efficient and warm. Our prices are more than reasonable.

Under the lead of Jo Van Hove, the number of collaborators vary from project to project. On average around 25 dynamic people or companies work with us : developers, designers, translators, steelcutters, painters, etc... Most of them work with us since years !

Together we realise simple local or big european projects with specific demands.

Lean company, big team !!

connect through wifi

It’s better to invest in a good wifi systemthan to spend a lot of money in an app.

WIZPR.guide™ works over wireless networks like WIFI.

A closer engagement with the user, rapid content updates and a small learning curve are the most important advantages.

A good WIFI network has more advantages !! Besides the access to content in WIZPR.guide™ and users email, you can also monitor humidity, control access, communicate with staff, map visitor movements, protect artworks, stream audio and video, manage exhibit installations, etc...

classic QR code

Wall panels

+-> clear ‘call to action’-> easy to make yourself online-> use for free-> easy to reproduce in print (brochures, folders, posters, etc...)-> world wide standard-> to be read with hundreds of free scanners

--> not that beautiful-> minimal dimension : 30x30mm/1,18”-> not always used for mobile-> you need a ‘quiet’ zone of 3mm/0,12” around-> nearly impossible to read at 50 lux

NFCnear field communication

Wall panels

+-> invisible technology-> good integration in look & feel-> world wide standard-> standardized icon

--> not all smartphones equipped (look at this regularly updated list : http://www.nfcworld.com/nfc-phones-list/#available )-> invisible technology – where to scan what ?-> difficult to program yourself-> not to be used in mass production – e.g. print campaigns-> information ‘can’ be disturbed by strong magnetic field-> 'data retention' not more than 10 years Tested &

+-> invisible technology-> complete integration in look & feel : the image is the code-> can be used easily in massif campaigns (folders, print, posters)-> possible to create a very original signage

--> end user needs a small app-> difficult to program yourself-> invisible technology – what to scan where ? An icon is needed...-> limitations to the use of patterns or images with lesser detail

--> end user needs a small app-> difficult to program yourself-> not a good experience on small screens-> user is always on the screen-> invisible technology – what to scan where ? An icon or tracker tag is needed...-> experience scrambles easily with much content

digital animation

It’s not anymore ‘from this era’ to place dry panels in the landscape.

Today the public asks for ‘digital animation’ behind a QR code, NFC or augmented reality. But the most important thing is that you create your own community !!

You create, manage and publish your own content, in your own house style, with your own URL. Your image and history is of utmost importance...
