Lethbridge YWCA Celebrates Wins... The Lethbridge YWCA celebrated with 2 awards at the 2015 Lethbridge Business of the Year Awards held by the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce & BDBC. Winner of Business Ethics Award and the Business Leadership Award. BRZs Clean Sweep Program wins Outstanding Business of the YearOn Oct 7 at the Southwest Service & Tourism Awards, the Clean Sweep Program was presented with the award for Outstanding Business. As part of the Social Housing In Action committee, the Clean Sweep Program provides practical work ex- perience, earned income and stability to homeless and recently housed individuals so that they can re-enter the full-time workforce. The program maintains the downtown from Scenic to Stafford Drive and 1st to 6th Avenue keeping sidewalks, gutters and lanes clean and free of debris!
