Spiritually, 2020 is going to be a strong year. The polarizationswill become so strong that both sides will gain in strength,which means that the spiritual energy and spiritualcommunities will also be strengthened. One interestingpolarity will emerge: the polarizations of science vs. spiritual.The spiritual side includes the ability to positively interactwith Gaia and the ability to seek and protect the biosphere.This side will gain strength, in the year 2020. There is going tobe more of an equivalence of balance between these twosides, which means that the spiritual side will gain in power.People who are involved in protecting the Earth will continueto seek ways of stopping the destruction of the biosphere,which includes slowing down global warming. These planetaryhealers will gain in strength in 2020 and they are going tobecome equal players on the world stage.  

There will be a major environmental event that will bringprotection of the biosphere to the attention of the globalcommunity and global leaders. This environmental event willbe so strong that it will shake up the world and it will movemany people towards the position of wanting to embrace andwork with what I would call the Earth's planetary healers. TheEarth's planetary healers are people who want to protect theenvironment and rebalance the meridians. They want to stopthe mass extinctions, pollutions and contaminations of thebiosphere. In 2020, the planetary healing side becomesstronger as a movement. They will become more successful in

Greetings, I am Archangel Metatron.  The good news for you in 2011, one year before 2012, is that the spiritual energy and spiritual work are becoming more intense, and you are going to be able to make an evolutionary change that is great in your own development.  Perhaps you have understood from the10-10-10 energy that you will be able to accomplish in a short time what would normally take years, or in some cases lifetimes. That is acceleration. Acceleration is something that you understood when you came into the duality and when you came into the polarizations of this third-dimensional energy. When you talked to your guides and teachers between lifetimes, then you understood that Earth is the place to be, this is the time to be here. The Third Dimension is a free will zone, and the free will zone is also a dimension of duality, but it is a dimension of higher learning, a dimension of intense learning.  Renew your commitment to unlocking the Codes of Ascension. The Codes of Ascension are within you. They are within your assemblage point. You are able to operate at all levels inter-dimensionally. You need especially fifth-dimensional energies, for your physical bodies, for your emotional bodies, for your mental bodies. Listen to these sounds and allow them to renew and to open up your Codes of Ascension within you.  (Singing in Hebrew) Kadosh, Kadosh, Kadosh, Adonai Tzevaoth. (Singing) Let the Codes of

their efforts to balance the Earth. There will need to be areconciliation of both sides and this will occur. It isunfortunate that there needs to be a major event harmful tothe biosphere to push this, but it appears at this point thatonly through strong events and some type of painfuloccurrence that people will begin to shift and will look for away to heal the Earth. There are several possible scenarios forthese events, such as a single collapse of a particularbiosphere, or a nuclear accident that affects the planet.  

I want to say something about nuclear power and nuclearaccidents and nuclear conflict. You know that we, theArcturians, are strongly against nuclear energy. We look uponnuclear energy as a very primitive and dangerous form ofenergy production, and there continues to be strong nuclearcontamination throughout this globe. There are numerousplaces that are becoming seriously contaminated fromFukushima. There are continued nuclear accidents that areoccurring around the world, many of which are unreported.There are releases of nuclear radiation through testing whichis also going unreported. The level of nuclear radiationcontamination around this planet is astounding. There is notan accurate way to measure the total global contaminationfrom radiation. But the development of your immune defensesagainst radiation should be improved and you should pay toand improve your immune system's response to readiation.in2020. This could mean taking supplements and finding creativeways to shield yourself from this radiation and contamination.

The good news is that there will be a serious attempt in 2020to stop nuclear energy contamination, and there will be agreat acknowledgement that everyone globally must be dealtwith this problem.  New world leadership will emerge andevery one will accept that there must be ways of recognizingboth sides in a polarized conflicted. It will become acceptedthat differences must involve a solution in which both sidesand working out towards solutions instead of one side trying todominates the other side. This type of solutions will becomereally apparent in 2020 after this conflict.  

Let us turn to the spirituality in general. I find that 2020 isgoing to be a positive year for the spiritual community and foryour spiritual work. There are more advanced spiritual peopleon this planet than in any other time in the history of thisplanet. That seems like a rather shocking report when youconsider that many people believe that the spiritual seekersand the spiritual workers are not having a strong influence.But this is going to be different in 2020, because in 2020,partially out of desperation, and partially out of frustration,many of the world leaders will be looking towards creative,spiritual solutions. I hope that all of you who are spiritualworkers and planetary healers will hold strong to yourcommitments towards promoting a spiritual solution to thisplanet's problems. that has been done, especially since 2012, has provided astrong foundation. This means that the spiritual solutions tothe Earth's problems will be more easily accepted, and this ispartially because of the foundational work that has beendone.

Remember, the environmental crisis will now create a globalconsciousness and awareness that will override the individualdifferences. This means that people are finally going to acceptthat there must be some type of unity on this planet. Thisrealization will be great news in 2020 and for humanity. Thetask ahead of healing the Earth is overwhelming and can onlybe solved through unity. Catering to only one special group isnot going to work, and this will become apparent in 2020.  

I want to also look at the Extraterrestrial energy and themultidimensional energy in 2020. There will continue to besightings and interactions with extra-dimensions in 2020.There will be a major first contact, but it is going to be a firstcontact that is in reality, a multi-contact, where multiplerevelations and contact are going to publicly occur. Multipletimes people will report positive interactions withmultidimensional or higher Extraterrestrial beings. There areseveral reasons for this; one is that the consensus among theAscended Masters and the higher dimensional beings is thatthey will not allow the Earth to be destroyed. Therefore, theuncovering and revealing of the existence of higherdimensional beings and Extraterrestrial beings will contributeto a stabilization and unity consciousness on this planet. These"first contacts" will be a strong influence towards the energyof reconciliation. Polarized sides will accept the "firstcontacts" and begin to acknowledge that each side must beworked with and must be listened to and must have powertowards a solution. The fact that there are so many spiritualpeople working on the planet is also contributing to a higherbuild-up of what I call "evolutionary energy" for "evolutionarychange. There continues to be strong pockets of spiritualworkers who are having a significant influence in 2019, andthey will continue to strengthen their influence in 2020. Itmight be fair to say that the year 2020 is a year ofrealignment and rebalance. It is important for all spiritualworkers to hold on to their power, and to develop personalduring this time of planetary realignment and rebalancing. Allthose who hold power will be given a seat at the table whichmeans that you, as spiritual light workers and planetaryhealers, are going to have greater influence in 2020.

I would like to address an issuethat David and I get questionedabout frequently. The questionwe get asked is, "what is my soulpurpose, or, why am I here onEarth now?"

Often this question is prefacedwith the statement that thequestioner is not happy on Earthand does not fit in here! I willshare with you what I understandabout this issue at this point inmy life.  You would not be hereon Earth at this time, or anytime, if there were not a purposeto your incarnation. The first andmost important purpose that isoften overlooked is personalhealing.  Healing your mental andemotional bodies from injuriesand this life, other lifetimes andeven your soul journey is criticalfor fulfilling your purpose. Oftenit is the main purpose you arehere!

When you heal yourself then youare a clear channel of light andcan fulfill your purpose withoutinterference from your woundedinner self and/or your ego. I havewitnessed Starseeds that havenot healed themselves try tomove into soul work andoverextend themselves andcollapse or regress because theyare responding to their ego. Theymay not feel worthy or loveableand decide that if they can"prove" themselves, they will beok.

Now the time frame of theascension is close. Now I knowpeople will be saying, "You've beensaying that for years Juliano, yousaid that in 2012, you said that in2016, you're saying that now in2019 but there is such an intensespiritual light field that is incoordination now with theAscended Masters now on hisplanet and there are far moreascension energies now than therewere even in 2012 so it may soundlike a paradox to you because youmight think "Well you just talkJuliano about the extinction, the6th mass extinction and nowyou're saying that the ascension iscloser and that the ascensionenergy field is stronger than it hasbeen even in 2012".

But this is one of the polarizationswhich is that as there is moregreed and as there are people whoare in control of corporations etc.holding onto their positions, atthe same time there is morepower of the ascension and thereis more power, more spiritualtechnology. One of the big issuesnow is creating the ascensionenergy field transformationalatmosphere on the Earth becausein order for the ascension tooccur, there has to be a certainpreparatory energy field on theEarth. This says to you that theascension is not occurring inisolation but it is occurring as aco-experience with those on theEarth and that means that therehas to be a certain vibrationalenergy, there has to be a certainthought field, there has to be acertain noospheric shift for theascension to occur and thatpreparation is part of what youare all doing now.

We activated a new city of light in Brazil: Porta Mucuri in PontaFortaleza September. We had over 20 members from Brazil andaround the world participate in the activation.  

On October 20th the PCOL Committee will be having a specialmeeting with the PCOL in Herisau, Switzerland to learn moreabout their progress and activities there.

On October 27, 2019 we will be activating a new PCOL inAranjuez, in Madrid Spain. This activation will occur during ourregular monthly PCOL international meeting on the same date.

This month we have been out and about exploring theNeolithic "Hurlers" which are three stone circles arranged in arow.  

Located on Bodmin moor here in Cornwall - set among derelicttin mines and rugged terrain high on the moorland peaks -with fantastic views.

 We went to experience the energies of the Michael/Mary leyline which runs through this sacred site from St Michael'sMount on it's way towards Glastonbury Tor.

It was a beautiful but very cool and windy autumnal day as wehiked across the moor.

The southern circle is the smallest - the central circle is thelargest and the northern circle is in between! The central andnorthern rings were once linked by a granite pathway along it'saxis and there was a spread of crystal Quartz on the floorinside the central circle.

The energies in and around the circles felt amazing - theenergies felt fresh, cleansing, energizing, and uplifting - wewere filled with joy from Mother Earth.

Feeling high spirited- we moved onwards taking a short strollinto Minions village where we visited the tea rooms for alovely Cornish clotted cream tea - cream on top of course!Naughty but nice!

What is the key to maintaining a protective energy field?Discuss the different methods.The key in maintaining your survivability during thisunprecedented shift is to create a protective energy field sothat you can adapt. Adaption is a multidimensional process.Adaption includes protection so that you are not overlybombarded with dangerous energy. Also adaption includesmaking the shifts in your DNA to adapt to what is becomingthe new normal. The different methods I have explored withyou to protect your energy field involve creating the cosmicegg using colors, and shielding. Let´s relax the emotionalcenter and bring our witnessand watch what emotionalstate we have with us today.Pause (30 seconds).  

spiritual energy field needs to be protected. You know thatyou will take your spiritual body with you when you leave theplanet, and you do not want your spiritual body to bedamaged or distorted. You have mental, emotional, physical,and spiritual bodies. Primarily, the spiritual body has thoseaspects of you that will ascend and transfer to the higherdimensions. Logically, you would agree that it is mostimportant to protect your spiritual body from assaults.Assaults from external forces can include radiation. Manypeople on the planet have become mentally unbalanced. Youare witnessing unprecedented wars, social upheavals,conflicts, and polarizations creating imbalanced energy fields.This is a time for acceleration. Suddenly people are realizingthat there are limited resources. Unfortunately, this is a timein which people generally, from a social and politicalstandpoint, are becoming hardened in their positions. They donot want to compromise. You have seen this a great deal inrecent years. This kind of polarizing energy is going tocontinue. There is a lot of distorted energy. People arehypercritical in a negative way toward people who do notagree with those in power or those who have a certain view.Polarization has been a problem on Earth for many centuries.In previous lifetimes, many of you have had negativeexperiences in groups. You have either been, shall we say,prejudiced or abused by groups. On the other hand, you havebeen part of good groups. The negative groups somehow havebeen betraying you; some have even become cults. There aremany different scenarios that have occurred in the groupenergy on Earth. However, this does not mean that groups bythemselves are bad. It just means that there is a typical forcethat can use the group energy for selfish purposes.

What is the Biggest Challenge on Earth?One of the biggest challenges on this planet focuses on how tobring fifth-dimensional energy down into the third dimension.Perhaps it might be fair to say that many of you have hadprevious lifetimes on other planets. Some of you have hadprevious lifetimes as fifth-dimensional beings. I think it is alsocorrect to say that you might have underestimated the densityof the third dimension. Even the ascended masters, who havecome to this planet bringing great gifts and energy, haveunderestimated the densities on this third-dimensional Earth.These masters have led exemplary lives. They have access towhat is considered miracles. Yet some of the masters whohave incarnated on Earth have had difficulty in overcomingthe third-dimensional density. Their teaching and energies stillhave not helped humankind to overcome this currentplanetary crisis.

Through observation slowly weseparate, we de-identify withthe emotional pattern withoutexpressing or repressing ouremotions. Now let´s bring ourfocus to the heart. Let´s feelwith the heart. Pause. Whenconsciousness and the love ofthe heart meet it becomes asacred heart. Let´s feel thissacred Christ heart, thisunconditional love,compassion, equanimity. Pause(30 seconds).  

We inhale light, and we exhalelow vibration emotions, webreathed in light, we breathedout anguish, pain, suffering,breathing in light, love andunity, breathing out separation.Pause (30 seconds).  Movingnow from the heart to thebeing. We are going to take asymbolic step back from theheart into the inner golden sky,the golden emptiness of being.We transmute in this state andwe move from being to non-being:  This is our Buddhanature, this is our divineessence.  Entering Shunyata,the golden emptiness of non-being.  We lose our personalityand connect with our essence,our true nature, in this spacewe are no longer separate fromsource, we are coming intounity consciousness.

We remain silent for a fewminutes entering unityconsciousness. From here wethought project to the ring ofascension along with theascended masters from thesacred triangle.

Inge Skeans' Passing

Inge Skeans, long term GOF memberand dear friend, has passed away inSweden on October 2, 2019.  Ingewas one of the original GOFmembers and active and supportivein many of our activities throughoutthe years.  She attended many GOFworkshops, including the workshopin Bregenz, Austria, in 2017. Thepicture above was taken at thatworkshop in 2017. Inge helped Davidedit one of his earlier books,"Teachings of The Sacred - Triangle

Volume I."  She recently had moved back to her home countrySweden and was very active in spiritual groups there and wasstarting a GOF group in Sweden.  She had many friends in theGOF all over the world.  We will greatly miss her and send herour blessings on her soul journey.

One of the contradictions of the Ascension is that as you areaccelerating your consciousness and as you are preparingyourself for the Ascension, you become a more valuableperson on the third dimension. As you accelerate yourconsciousness, then you begin to participate in the groupconsciousness that can potentially change the evolution ofthe Earth. You can also participate in the evolution ofhumanity, and also you become able to participate in theconsciousness that practices biorelativity by telepathicallycommunicating with the Earth to sustain a shift in the Earth.

When you ascend, then who is to replace you? Who is tocontinue your service? This is an interesting balance becauseit was hoped that at this point on the Earth that there wouldbe more people ready for the Ascension. You may find thatsurprising because you are so ready for the Ascension. Youare so into the ascension energies. You are so committed tothe energies! You would think that there would be more

people into the Ascension, especially as the chaos on theplanet increases.

This was why the Ascension was presented to you in threewaves. In the first wave there are only going to be a fewpeople, a small number who would understand and be ableto use the spiritual technologies such as thought projectionand pulsing and shimmering to participate in the Ascension.After the first wave, there will be 8 to 10 times more peoplewho would be affected.

This is something I think should be clarified because manypeople would ask, "If I ascended, my family would be lost. IfI ascended, there would be nobody to take care of the restof my family. Or, there would be some possible othercatastrophe." Actually, the Ascension is activation energy forthose who did not ascend. In other words, the Ascensioncreates a positive energetic bubble that those who arearound you will experience. Those around you will receive apositive energy from your ascension, and therefore, they willbe positively affected by your ascension.

Please understand that you are in service now. You are inservice because of your higher state of consciousness. Youare in service. When you do ascend, your energy willpositively be affecting those that are still here on theplanet. Also understand that since you are providing thislevel of service, then you have committed yourself to thisplanetary work. You understand that you are needed here,and therefore, this is the contradiction. The contradiction isthat you want to ascend and go into the fifth dimension. Onthe other hand, you are needed here. How do you approachthis? The answer is that you follow the Divine Will. Theanswer is that you remove or suspend your ego.
